30-Day Return Policy
At KG Jeans we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
1. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items show signs of wear, damage, or if the tags have been removed.
2. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item(s) are returned safely.
3. Listing as a Return: When returning your items, please clearly list the item(s) as a "return" on all shipping and customs documentation. Failure to do so may result in additional duties and fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
